UTV TAKEOVER 2025 - Coos Bay Recap

The sun on our face, cool ocean breeze, sand between our tire treads and 70 MPH runs on the beach.
No, that isn’t the first line of our dating profile. That’s why we head to Coos Bay Oregon every year for UTV Takeover.
Hitting the dunes and the beach with our friends and customers was a much-needed getaway
from all the projects we have going on at headquarters. More on that later.

Coos Bay is the first stop on the UTV Takeover tour and the event kicked off with our Pit Stop Challenge. We added a couple elements this year with a simulated fuel dump, Sparco safety gear and EVO steering wheel removal. For some people it was their 2nd or 3rd time competing so the new changes caught them off guard and some even missed the extra steps. We had 10 teams of two compete in the regular competition and 4 teams signed up for the Rugged Radios blindfolded portion. We even got to help out on the Blindfold portion when Kyle Litten’s partner was a no show.

We got to meet tons of new people that came by the booth. We did a few repairs with parts we had on hand to some really old jacks that were brought to us.

Our neighbors in the vendor area had a suspension failure on day one and they borrowed one of our jacks to help make repairs and their car ended up sitting on the jack for a few days! Addiction Powersports was also on hand selling gear, doing installs and doing repairs all week. They had 4-5 of our jacks in use at all times.

It was awesome seeing our product in nearly every booth and campsite being used by the hardcore enthusiasts.

One of the highlights of the trip was the Polaris Owners ride. We gathered with about 60-70 other Polaris vehicles on Thursday afternoon and went on a group ride through the dunes, trees and lakes. It ended at a huge lake in the middle of the dunes where Polaris fed us all ice cream, hotdogs and gave away tons of prizes.
CHECK OUT THE RECAP VIDEO OF THE FULL WEEK.

The really fun part of these trips for us is testing new products in real world situations. We have been working hard on some new jacks as well as new accessories for current jacks. Some new accessories will be released in the next few weeks and we put the final stamp of approval on them after one final round of abuse in the sand. We even got to help with testing some new products from Warn and Factor 55.

Be on the lookout for the new product announcements in the coming weeks!
