Notice of Enforcement & Intellectual Property Rights

To Manufacturers, Importers, and Resellers: Pro Eagle is the original innovator of the off-road floor jack, established in 2013. We take the protection of our hard-earned intellectual property seriously. Our designs, mechanical systems, and brand identity are protected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Pro Eagle proactively monitors all retail channels, including but not limited to:

  • Major E-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)
  • Social Media marketplaces (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Specialty off-road and automotive retailers
  • International trade shows and exhibitions

Zero Tolerance Policy for Infringement: Any unauthorized manufacturing, distribution, marketing, or sale of products that infringe upon Pro Eagle’s Utility Patents, Design Patents, or Trade Dress will be met with immediate legal action. We will seek all available remedies under the law, including:

  1. Permanent Injunctions to stop the sale of infringing goods.
  2. Seizure and Destruction of counterfeit or infringing inventory.
  3. Monetary Damages, including lost profits and reasonable royalties.
  4. Treble (Triple) Damages for willful infringement.
  5. Recovery of Attorney’s Fees and legal costs
